Booking your wedding: To book your wedding and get on our calendar, we require a 30% deposit due at signing. This deposit goes towards your final wedding invoice and is non-refundable should you cancel for any reason at any time. The total Proposal Amount cannot be decreased by more than 20% once the contract is signed. Required Payment Schedule: - ( 9 WEEKS) prior to the Wedding date; a first payment of 50% of your total Proposal Amount is due. Past due payments may incur a $50.00 late fee and may result in the cancellation of terms specified and the re-booking of your wedding date.

Subtraction of any florals 20 days prior to wedding date will not be allowed, as our orders are placed at this time. The total Proposal Amount cannot be decreased by more than 20%. No exceptions****. Additional pieces are always accepted. Trablume reserves the right to make minor changes to floral selections to ensure the highest quality and beauty. Cancellations: We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment is not made in full (2 WEEKS) prior to the reserved wedding date, this contract is cancelled and deposit(s) forfeited. Cancellations made (9 WEEKS) prior to the reserved wedding date will receive a refund on any monies paid in form of credit to future purchase, less non-refundable 30% deposit. Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of canceled wedding date. Cancellations must be made by signed letter and received by 9 week deadline and may incur $50.00 late fee.

I have read Trablume's Policies and Contract and agree to all terms listed. I understand I cannot make any major changes 20 days prior to my wedding date. If my designer of Trablume is forced to cancel this contract due to accident, death, "Acts of God," my designer/ Trablume will not be held liable for the terms of this contract and Trablume will return all payments made. I understand this is a binding contract and realize my requirements for deposits, refunds and cancellations. Rescheduling your Wedding date may not be made within 8 weeks of the Wedding date and will fall within our Cancellation policy. To Reschedule your wedding both parties must agree on a new date to ensure our calendar is not booked and we are able to perform duties as provided in this contract. There is NO first time Rescheduling Fee. Complete Re-Designs may incur a Design Fee of $125 - $250
